Commercial Finance Manager | West London/Hybrid | Events | £55,000 to £65,000 + Package
A rapidly growing, award winning Events/Media company are on the search for a Commercial Finance Manager, this is a newly created position due to exponential growth seen over the past 12 months. The business boast one of the best working cultures in London, with early finish Fridays, a roof top bar and more.
The position acts as the key FBP to all their major events in the calendar year, along side this the role entails:
- Develop plans and actions to achieve strategy through negotiation, knowledge sharing and offering challenging advice.
- Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting outcomes
- Implementing and enforcing cost control management; highlight areas for concerns
- Developing and implementing processes that will improve the workings and efficiency of the finance department
- Month end requirements – managing a team of two.
- P&L analysis
- ROI analysis on events created by sales and marketing
- Business partner with Sales and Marketing departments
- Supporting other IT Transformation and Finance projects.
Requirements:
- Related qualifications important (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Must be a very strong modeler in Excel
- Confident with complex data
- Management reporting and decision support with recognised strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt communication skills across different stakeholders/audiences
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
