About This Role
The Fibre Build CMO is responsible for assuring and enabling the delivery of Openreach’s ambitious FTTP build programme, circa 3m homes passed and spend of circa £1bn annually. The CMO’s role is to pull together inputs from across all areas and to assure, challenge and drive the delivery. This programme is a key strategic priority for both BT Group and the UK government, and as such is share price effecting. This role lands within the Commercial Control business unit of the CMO, which is responsible of ensuring that all areas of Openreach are building at required quality and cost across all their Fibre Build programmes.
The Commerical Analysis will be responsible for tracking Partner service measures and engagement activity as part of the national Fibre Build programme. They will track commercial compliance per supplier in coordination with Partner management and ensure partners deliver on commitments.
You’ll Have The Following Responsibilities
Work in close partnership with partner management to track service measures
Oversee the ongoing stress testing activities with suppliers
Support with commercial management activities with suppliers
Coordinate performance improvement plans where required
Support the coordination with procurement on RFPs
Understanding, calling, and mitigating commercial risks and opportunities in relation to service measures Analysis of Partner service measures to quantify financial penalties
Analyse the volume of THP exclusions from outcomes contracts to identify commercial improvements

Data literate – must be able to take data to understand focus areas and drive programme
