College Admissions Tutor (School of Design)

The College Admissions Tutor is a new role developed to oversee the academic decision-making process of offer making to prospective students across the Design school at undergraduate and postgraduate level at both Camberwell and Chelsea.

You’ll work closely with academic and professional administrative teams to ensure appropriate and sufficient offers are made in a timely fashion in order to meet student intake targets. The role will also support academic teams to increase student diversity within course cohorts and to improve progression within the colleges.

The role may also support the work of marketing and recruitment teams with progression activities to enhance the pipeline of applicants to courses at Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon.

Your profile

We’re looking for an academic admissions professional with a Design-related background who has extensive experience in student recruitment and admissions within the Higher Education sector.

You’ll have experience with implementing contextual admissions policies including working to relevant targets and a good understanding of and commitment to best practice within student selection processes.

You’ll also be an excellent communicator and collaborator and enjoy working across academic and professional administrative staffing teams to maximise our recruitment opportunities.

You will require a DBS check for this role.
