Job Responsibilities:
Co-ops work as engineers in training assigned to a mentoring engineer. They perform diagnostic tests on motors and components, setup and monitor life tests, assist in failure analysis, and product design and reporting. They rotate managers within the current Fort Wayne assignments each semester they return, and are expected to complete three rotations. Assignments are matched as best we can within the students strengths and developments needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have completed 3 undergrad semesters in one of the following majors: EE, EET, ME, MET. GPA 3.0/4.0 plus some work experience.
Demonstrated work ethic and willingness to accept constructive input and work as part of a team that is focused on delivering quality results to our customers.
Desired Qualifications:
Completed 4 or 5 undergrad semesters, 3.4/4.0 GPA.
Highly motivated individual that learns quickly with work experience progressing in responsibility, leadership, and technology.
Demonstrated Team Work, Problem Solving Skills, And Leadership Experience.
