Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented CnI Deputy Country Lead (OCONUS) to join our team in an OCONUS location.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • The Countermeasures and Integration (CnI) Deputy Country Lead (OCONUS) supports the Country Lead managing the complex projects within the CnI program within the assigned country.
  • The CnI Deputy Country Lead (OCONUS) is responsible for all required activity reports, scheduling, and supervisory responsibilities related to supporting the CnI mission.
  • The CnI Deputy Country Lead (OCONUS coordinates with CnI Country Lead (OCONUS) to develop project plans, assist with personnel assignments and supervision, timeline management, resource identification, and plan execution.
  • The CnI Deputy Country Lead (OCONUS) applies complex knowledge of fundamental project management concepts, practices, and procedures to establish best practices, which can be used as the standard for High Threat Posts.
  • The CnI Deputy Country Lead (OCONUS) demonstrates knowledge of the organization’s business practices and aligns interests and manages expectations of senior DS personnel.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Provides guidance and supervision to CnI resources.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing organizations of 10+ personnel.
  • Must track operations across the CnI Program and provide updates to the CnI Program Lead and Government Technical Manager.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all assigned post’s policies and directives and also to ensure the country team meets all required deliverable.
  • Must demonstrate an overall knowledge of DOS ECM systems, including the Counter-Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Devices (RCIED) electronic warfare (CREW)-2 (Duke), EGON, Odin, and Symphony systems to include contacts with the Department of Defense (DOD), other Government agencies, and other enabling partners.
  • Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively with limited supervision. Must demonstrate the ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic manner.
  • Must demonstrate flexibility, good attitude, and ability to lead a diverse team.
  • Must be able to multitask efficiently, work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and have strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills are required.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems and office automation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint)

Security Clearance Requirements

  • Must possess a current US Government Top Secret Personnel Security Clearance.
  • Must be eligible for a TS/SCI clearance to meet full performance requirements.

Travel Requirements

  • This position is deployed up to 90% of the calendar year in high-threat areas, in multiple locations.
  • Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination.
  • Overseas locations may be located in high-risk environments.

Physical Requirements

  • Mainly works in an indoor office environment- uses a computer and other office equipment and moves about to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
