Job Description:

Corporate Sales Executive position has a very significant importance to boost and maximise revenue opportunities in Rooms, Events and F&B outlets. This role demands timely response, creative solutions and offerings making the best use of technology to convert sales leads into profitable confirmed business. The Corporate Sales Executive must be passionate about their role and interact with potential guests/customers through all business communication channels including emails, voice call, face to face meetings within the hotel and outside sales calls maintaining the highest standards of The First Collection policies and procedures.
The key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Responds to incoming opportunities for the property
Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
To ensure knowledge and understanding of Opera and adhere to standards. (PMS & Sales and Catering)
To ensure that all group enquiries are entered into Opera in order to review suitability of business.
To ensure site inspections are offered towards new clients and conducted during business hours to showcase all operating departments.
To conduct a minimum of 2 entertainments weekly and keep informed all relevant departments of such happening.
Conduct a minimum of 25 sales calls weekly to insurance coverage of accounts in the marketplace.
To ensure daily sales activities are input during working days into opera with adequate quantifiable and qualifiable information.
Take responsibility & be empowered to make decisions in quoting for group business enquiries.
Communicating client requirements in a timely and accurate manner to all internal departments as required, ensuring delivery of best guest service.
Desired Skill & Expertise:

Positive mindset with desire to grow within our company.
Individual must be talkative and convincing to deliver a sales pitch.
Valid UAE Driving licence a must.
