Closing Agent

Direct Properties is looking for a closing agent to join our team.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Closing agent must know how to make the buyer, seller, and lender complete the property sale transaction.
• Responsible for closing documents in accordance with RERA requirements and client instruction.
• Review work in progress report to ensure completion.
• Review of title commitment for clearance.
• Secure lender approval of loan closing documents.
• Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner.
• Maintain open communication with team members and team leader.
• Confirm closing dates, location, documentation, and funds due at closing with borrowers.
• Ability to meet deadlines and specific time frames.
• Possess customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• BBA in Real Estate or equivalent preferred.
• RERA Training.
• Practical work experience within real estate industry.
• Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation and closing.
• Proven customer service skill.
• Proficiency with personal computers.
• UAE driving license.
• Your own vehicle.
