The Santa Fe Recovery Center is searching for a dynamic and motivated Clinical Program Manager who will facilitate the Men’s 30 Day Residential Program. The program is a gender specific short-term residential that provides care 24 hours per day in a therapeutic community. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Clinical Program Manager is responsible for developing, planning, organizing and coordinating all client service activities for the Residential Treatment Program. Program and activities must adhere to the structured framework of SFRC Policies and Procedures, and comply with standards of a CARF accredited organization and BHSD and Medicaid regulations. The Program Manager has oversight for the program: responsible for program budget, meeting revenue (census) and expense targets. Coordinates with clinical team, case management, direct care staff, medical providers and outside service providers to provide comprehensive care for clients.

POSITIONS SUPERVISED:

All staff working within the program including therapist, case managers, Med Tech Supervisor and individuals providing services to clients.

WORK PERFORMED:

  1. Oversees the operations of the residential program and supervises and supports all residential therapists and supervisors.
  2. Responsible for program curriculum and schedules within the SFRC treatment framework to meet the standards of ASAM, CARF and Medicaid. Prepare, organize and implement assignments pertaining to program development, consultation and planning.
  3. Adheres to program policies and procedures relevant to client treatment services, admission and discharge procedures, and weekly advisory reports as required. Maintains documentation and other program requirements to comply with CARF and relevant regulators in compliance with client service delivery, confidentiality and ethics.
  4. Reviews all client files for Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement within designated timeframes as outlined by the CARF, NM Department of Health, BHSD Standards, and other regulations mandated by the Clinical Director. Directs staff on adherence to quality documentation standards.
  5. Provides clinical documentation supervision to ensure clinicians are following agency policies and procedures and are performing clinical work in accordance with accepted agency practices and in compliance with all regulatory authorities.
  6. Coordinates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client treatment and transition of care.
  7. Reports to the Clinical Director and Leadership on program status and consults on policy and problem matters.
  8. Adheres to best practice models in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment. Remains current and knowledgeable on changes to Co-occurring SUD treatment approaches. Attends seminars and workshops and organizes the same for staff.
  9. Adheres to SFRC confidentiality policies, Code of Ethics and HIPAA Standards relative to SFRC.
  10. Participates in a weekly 24/7 on call rotation schedule with other appointed clinical staff for clinical emergencies after hours.
  11. Performs any related duties as required and assigned by the Clinical Director.
