Here at gpac we are working with a nationwide trial firm with a dozen offices across the country. This firm is looking for a wonderful Client Services Repsentative to join their dynamic team. They exclusively only do plaintiff side work, and are the top law firm in thier practice throughout the entire nation. They are constantly in trial and have had some of the biggest verdicts in thier field of law. They have gone against worldwide known companies such as Johnson and Johnson. You must be willing to work on the weekend occasionally.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Become knowledgeable about mesothelioma, including cause, treatment, etc.
• Identify and qualify prospective leads
• Contact new and existing clients to discuss needs
• Answering and taking note of incoming inquiries via phone or email
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Skills & Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or a related field
• Strong sales ability
• Ability to multitask
• Detail oriented with the ability to analyze and problem solve
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership abilities

Environment

• Large sized firm with a boutique firm feeling
• Salary is based on experience
• Lots and lots of trial
• 2-3 times a year the firm get together- on the dime of the firm
