Job Description
Data is important. It drives the activities that impact upon everyone, every day. Want a new car? Data. Want a new house? Data. Want to be protected from fraud? Data. Experian’s Data Office is the driver of Experian’s Data Strategy, Governance and Thought Leadership enabling continuous improvement in data literacy; ensuring process efficiency and providing the highest standards of data-insight innovation. Within Experian’s Data Office the Provisioning team are responsible for updating over 600 million pieces of consumer and commercial data each month. You will be ensuring that this data meets stringent quality criteria, is received in a timely manner and that all data is regularly updated.
We are currently recruiting for a Client Relations Office/Data Amendments Analyst to join our team. This role is split and 25% of your time will be spent as a Client Relations Officer building strong relationships with Experian clients and supporting clients with initial set up and ongoing maintenance of DQC and EWACS accounts. You will also be confident in managing a variety of internal and external stakeholders. And have strong influencing skills and able to have challenging conversations if needed. You will identify issues with queries that may be problematic based on historical data and support the client with a suitable resolution. In this team we manage queries that are over 28 days by working with the client to generate a response and you would prepare and manage seasonal peaks to minimise breeches. You will also complete SNOW requests to create accounts for new user access relating to existing clients of CMA CAIS Online and support existing clients with Consumer CAIS amendment issues.
The remaining 75% of the role is Data Amendments Analsyt. You will build a rapport with Local Authorities to improve the end-to-end service and ensure that consumer data queries are raised and completed in the agreed timeframe. You will also complete amendment requests for Commercial CAIS data received from commercial and internal clients and resolve complex issues with consumer data amendments: Investigate and resolve stuck queries in the DQC & support HCL with problems associated with amending consumer data. You’ll be expected to provide cover for invoicing SME. Use Toscana and supporting systems to generate and complete client invoice tasks. Task completion will involve liaising with multiple teams including our 3rd party teams.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is comfortable building relationships at a many different levels, both internally and externally, which will involve a high degree of communication skill. Working with data you will enjoy being involved in the analytical details involved in the day to day tasks of ensuring that data quality is as high as possible. You’ll have a background in problem solving, specifically in providing a customer focus whilst doing so and will enjoy regular interaction with clients providing excellent service to all.
