Client Manager

Join Close Brothers Client Services team where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Invoice Discounting and Factoring clients with funds in use of up to £2m. Working as part of the Manchester Commercial team, our ideal team member will have previous experience in Client Management with excellent report writing and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and control a portfolio of 40-50 factoring and invoice discounting clients

Minimise the risk of loss through use of risk management tools and implementation of risk management procedures

Obtain and review financial information from clients

Source new business opportunities for Close Brothers Group from existing client base

We Would Love To Hear From You If

You have industry specific experience including exposure to credit & risk

You have Client Management experience

You’re competent in understanding and interpreting financial information

You have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU:

Knowledge of using RiskFactor

ABFA qualification to at least certificate level (or studying towards this qualification)
