The Client Executive in our Tax & Accounting Professionals Large client segment leads renewal and upsell sales motions for existing accounts, driving retention during the renewal window as well as with periodic client consultation in order to maintain relationships.

About The Role

In this opportunity as a Client Executive, you will:

  • Focuses on driving retention and achieving renewal targets by engaging existing customers
  • Consults with customers to understand their needs and goals and partners with them to identify opportunities to meet/exceed customer needs and provides the right solutions to address those needs, and improve operations
  • Covers higher complexity deals, including on-going proactive outbound engagement
  • Identifies the best virtual channel for engagement with customers
  • Validates customer needs, shapes product plans and drives deals to close
  • Addresses client cancellations / concerns – consultant with clients to align client value to cost / negotiate solutions
  • Supports in developing and executing territory growth strategies
  • Possesses core knowledge across products within the subsegment, and engages Sales Specialists where deep product expertise is required to drive to close
  • Understands specific customer archetypes and needs which are most prevalent within the subsegment and territory
  • Uses an automated and insight-driven Salesforce workflow to progress deals

About You

You’re a fit for the role if you have/are:
