Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen, for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Pre operative Assessment team as a Receptionist/ Clerical Officer.
You will be the first point of contact for patients in our clinics. Therefore we are looking for an individual with excellent communications skills.
Our Receptionist/ Clerical Officer will be required to provide an efficient administration service to the team using an advanced level of organisational skills. The role will require the post holder to provide Administration services, have good I.T skills
The successful applicant will be able to communicate in Welsh and English and have experience of working in a customer service environment.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
