The successful candidates will assist in providing an efficient, high quality, reception/clerical support service to Medical Imaging.
You will be working as part of a team of staff who cover reception duties and modality booking desks, dealing with referrals and booking patient appointments on the Computerised Radiology Information System (CRIS), dealing with telephone enquiries from patients, GP’s and the wider MDT team, scanning, filing, emailing and photocopying. Excellent communication and computer skills along with a confident and pleasant approach when dealing with patients and the general public is essential, along with the ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines with accurate IT skills.

You must have basic keyboard skills and have a clear and confident telephone manner. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar environment within an NHS setting, and knowledge of the hospital booking systems, Lorenzo and CRIS would be advantageous. You will need to have excellent organisational skills.
