Here at settle we are looking for a cleaner to join our Property team. With a keen eye for details and finding satisfaction in working together with others you will take responsibility to cleaning some of our communal areas and residential sites.
Requirements
Outline of Key Responsibilities…
- Advise on the need for additional, deep or specialist cleans on the areas you work
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained in the building
- Report any issues or breaches of tenancy conditions identified
- Maintain confidentiality at all times whilst providing great customer service to residents
- Liaise with other teams to ensure a great service is delivered to residents and colleagues.
We are looking for someone who has…
- Good understanding of best practice in cleaning techniques
- Have a good knowledge of Health & Safety issues, relating to the use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment
- Ability to deal with members of the public in a tactful and friendly fashion
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- DBS Check (where necessary)
- Willingness to work flexibly as part of a team and able to provide cover at other sites where required
