The Main Functions Of The Department Include
Advising on corporate transactions, primarily on the ‘buy-side’
Preparing valuations
Financial modelling
Forensic accounting and litigation support
Advising on and approving debt/bond offerings and other fundraisings
Advising on IPOs and providing specialist accounting advice/services
Requirements
Degree educated
Driven to build a careers in corporate finance
passionate about learning
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical skills
In this role, you will be fully supported in studying towards the ACA or CFA qualification, which will complement and enhance your on-the-job experience.
