We are looking for a Chief of Staff to support the SWM Distribution Director & CEO of TimeVallée international.

In this role, you will steer and animate the SWM organization internationally, driving strategic initiatives at regional and market level, coordinate and support Richemont Watch Maisons in their development, and support the TimeVallée CEO.

Role And Responsibilities – SWM Distribution Division

  • Help drive transversally the strategic commercial agenda of the division
    • Steer and coordinate strategic plans across Markets
    • Coordinate and consolidate transversal projects for SWM Distribution, in close cooperation with cross-functional teams
    • Define, roll out best practices and coordinate strategic initiatives across Market to completion
    • Work in close collaboration with SWM Performance team to create and improve reporting tools to support clean overviews of Markets, Partners, Maisons
    • Suggest problem resolution approaches and procedures
    • Close animation of the SWM Musketeer community:
      • For each region, closely follow up current distribution and projects
      • Train, direct and steer SWM Musketeers on the best practices & commercial priorities shared by the Division
      • Strengthen and align key messages to be shared, from HQ to markets – close support & coordination for preparation of monthly market meetings
      • Steer top cities / projects initiative within strategic development plans for each market
  • Work closely with the SWM Distribution Director on a day to day basis
    • Prepare presentations for internal and external audience
    • Support the SWM Distribution Director by developing analysis, pre-reading and summarizing documents in order to be aware of key KPIs/insights
    • Drive agenda and execution of regular leadership meetings (monthly Chief Commercial Officer & CEO meetings)
    • Supervising daily operations and help oversee projects of high importance
    • Acting as the contact person between the company’s top management and employees/stakeholders

Role And Responsibilities To Support The CEO

  • Support Global CEO in the steering of Global strategy across its main stakeholders
    • Help coordinate and consolidate global roll-out plan, mindful of the dynamics within each market
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Finance, Analytics, SDP, markets, commercial, marketing & Digital) to follow up on day-to-day operations and improve existing processes
    • Oversee and close collaborate with analytics team to produce and ameliorate reports and enhance data-based insights
    • Monitor evolution of network and performance vs. end goal, by defining clear and phased approaches (top down definition)
  • Work closely with the Global CEO on a day to day basis
    • Follow up with Partners and Maisons on ongoing projects and daily follow up of existing network
    • Support flow of communication on all ongoing projects and strengthen the day to day collaboration across the teams
    • Duly support on ad-hoc basis for urgent and / or priority tasks
    • Prepare material for CEO to adequately and accurately support meetings with key stakeholders, either internal or external to the Group

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You are an experienced and highly professional individual with the below skills:

  • Master’s degree in business, economics or marketing
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in Business Development and/or within a strategic department
  • High mental agility and ability to deal with complexity and changing environment
  • Proven business and commercial acumen, in particular in international organizations
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively and consistently with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and drive master transformation initiatives
  • Excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills
  • Pro-active, result driven, multitask and Innovation abilities
  • Deep knowledge of the hard luxury would be a plus
  • Fluent in English, French, any other language a plus
