Job Description:

Working directly with the company’s chief executive officer (CEO), the Head of Finance will be

responsible for the entire company P&L and growth objectives globally. The Head of Finance would have accounts and purchase reporting to him / her. The Head of Finance will also have involved interaction with the investors and Board of Directors so as to align with company objectives, growth plans and business execution.

Required qualifications:

We are looking for a smart, adaptable individual with a healthy mix of financial expertise, investment management skills, a learning and growth mindset, good presentation /communication skills, and the following qualifications:

● At least 10 years of continuous experience in financial control;

● Experience in fund-raising, due diligence and debt + equity financing;

● Previous experience working in a team and leadership skills;

● Experience in setting targets and milestones and achieving them;

● A problem-solving attitude;

● Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, whether verbally, in writing, or through

drawings, presentations and schematics;

● Knowledge of core financial concepts that will allow evaluating, strategizing and improving the

business efficiently;

● Ability to innovate, outdo expectations and persevere to benefit the team as a whole;
