Helping us to further develop our chatbot. That will be your challenge in the IT Workplace Services department. You will investigate the added value of a chatbot and what function it could fulfil. That is what you will use your talents for in the Chatbot Developer Internship at Van Lanschot Kempen.

You also have the following tasks:

  • Retrieve requirements about demands and wishes from the various stakeholders
  • Creating a backlog of all these requirements
  • Together with the Product Owner, you put these requirements in order of most added value
  • Then build the chatbot yourself using Power Apps and Virtual Agent
  • After each sprint, give a demo to your most important stakeholders

Talents that you use to guide our customers in a constantly changing world every day. By thinking out of the box and asking questions. And all will be well if you are organised, enjoy working with colleagues and have a customer-oriented attitude. In addition:

  • You are studying an MBO (level 4) or HBO and are looking for a fun and instructive internship
  • You are available for at least 20 weeks based on a minimum of 32 hours per week
  • You are passionate about technology
  • You are flexible and stress-resistant
  • You are entrepreneurial and proactive
  • Good mastery of English, both oral and written.

The IT Workplace Services department consists of five different teams, each of which is partly responsible for the IT services provided by and for our employees worldwide, including the IT Service Desk.

The IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for the user organisation (at home and abroad) for a wide range of support requests and for reporting IT disruptions. These reports now come in via phone, service desk portal or via e-mail.
