One of the top retailers in the home décor space is looking for a Chargebacks Specialist to join their team! This retailer is on a mission to bring decorating easy and affordable while remaining at the top end of quality.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$25-30/hr
Position Overview
The Chargebacks Specialist will be apart of the Accounting team. They will be working in the Accounts Receivable department and will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager.
Responsibilities Of The Chargebacks Specialist
- Research and review chargebacks from different sales portals
- Issue refunds and gift cards
- Assist in month-end close
- Dispute chargebacks from portals like Amex, Shopify, Paypal, etc
- Data entry into Microsoft Excel
- Various accounting projects as assigned
- Various administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications Of The Chargebacks Specialist
- 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- High competency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience doing chargebacks
- Accounting background
Education Requirements
- Associate’s degree
