Alcon Maddox is partnering with a leading Distributor in the region and would like to appoint a Channel Sales Manager (Network Security) based in Riyadh.

We are looking for a candidate that can increase and maintain our client’s network security business through channel partners. Understands and manages all phases of the sales cycle and channel role in the process.

The successful candidate will work in tandem with Security Engineers and Regional Sales Managers to successfully develop and service all partners and prospects within their respective geography/territory. They will also collaborate with the Channel and Field Marketing team on programs and events designed to promote assigned products and service offerings and drive revenue to the company through partners. Regular meetings with all resellers in Riyadh aligning with individual Account Managers within the partner company.

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment, IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, or Network Security.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, development, and management of the business relationships with Vendors and Reseller partners.
  • Develop and execute business plans driving all aspects of the partner relationship to maximize growth opportunities and ensuring partner is well-positioned to deliver successful customer implementations and recommendations through enablement sessions and deep dive technical knowledge transfer
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
  • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
  • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners
  • Proactively recruits new qualifying partners
