Are you an organized individual, great with people and skilled in end to end change management, from intake & prioritization, through to implementation?

Your Role 

This position holds the responsibility for governance of change within Omnichannel Customer Support. Championing the voice of the customer and taking operational considerations into account, changes will be impact assessed and planned for delivery in accordance with prioritisation, capacity and agreed intake projects.

You will own the change process, ensuring all stakeholders attend and contribute to meetings that ensure the change is well planned with risks flagged to appropriate colleagues. You’ll also partner closely with the continuous improvement team on monitoring and managing any change and escalate change capacity issues to the Operating Model and Channel Optimisation Manager.

Manage the intake process, capturing ideas and facilitating prioritisation workshops. Fed the prioritised activity into the central PMO team through completion of all relevant documentation. This includes having a forward view of the year ahead prioritising and then leading the change process throughout the year.

About You 

  • Knowledge of change management, change capacity and PMO processes would be advantageous
  • Understanding a contact centre environment and operational considerations is essential
  • Stakeholder management and influencing experience is essential
  • Working with data and project finances is required.
  • Able to articulate robust prioritisation techniques
