Produce and coordinate installation of animations in all SAB respecting Retail Calendar and Global guidelines
Roll-out in-store events, master-classes and activations according to event strategy
Implement VM guidelines
follow up existing contracts with suppliers
Prepare reports and feedback on local activities
Coordinate boutiques maintenance issues with Architeam
Provide administrative support for new openings
Follow up on sampling and gifting policy
Produce printed materials for boutiques
Candidate profile requirements:
Fluent in English
Retail / merchandizing experience in luxury environment
Project coordination / experience of working with suppliers (technical briefings, cost and delay negotiations, supervising production quality, successful implementation, project administration, reporting)
Marketing background is a plus
Good sense of collaboration, pro-activeness, positive and solution-oriented mindset
