BID NOTICE

The International Rescue Committee, Inc. (IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.

The IRC is undertaking signing a Master Services Agreement with a company or firm that can provide Cash Transfer and Cash Distribution Agent Services
in Northwest, Northeast of Syria, and Turkey.

• All bidders must fully answer all questions in the RFP.

• Failure to complete any parts of the RFP document, or failure to submit required documentation will result in elimination from the bid process.

Bids will not be accepted after close of business on BID CLOSING DATE/TIME.
