Context/Reporting line:
Under the general guidance of the Head, Returns and Recovery Unit (RRU), the overall supervision of the
National Operations Officer in Anbar, the administrative supervision of the Head of sub office (HoSO), and the
direct supervision of the Durable Solution Officer in close coordination with the Senior CRC Administrative
Assistant, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting programs related to return and recovery under the area
of responsibility as below:
Core Functions / Responsibilities
1. Receiving and assisting community members who have any issues.
2. Work with case management system for collecting information related to GBV matters brought
to the CRC.
3. Compile and create case reports and summaries using tracking tools and reporting templates.
4. Utilize a case referral system to refer cases to organizations that can provide support outside the
expertise of all assistance staff in the CRCs.
5. Liaise and maintain relationships… with legal assistance organizations to successfully utilize the
case management, case referral, and case reporting and tracking systems.
6. Develop a service mapping with the referral FP and CRC lawyer for HLP and legal service
providers in the geographic areas of responsibility and set a referral pathway per each region.
7. Profile all cases and follow up on progress per each case.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Education:
��� University Degree in Social Science or equivalent from an accredited academic university or institution,
Experience and Skills:
��� At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
��� work prioritization and ability to multitask.
��� Shares knowledge and experience.
