If so, we would like to present you the opportunity to join our HQ Geneva-based team as International Employer Branding & HR Communication Director.
Responsible for the HR function’s narrative and Employee value proposition, you will design the internal and external strategic development of our messaging and positioning and ensure that our ambition to deliver consistent world-class employer branding initiatives is met.
Reporting to the SVP CHRO, you will advise the International HR ExCo and Senior Leadership on people engagement topics, focusing on branding elements, intended to enhance the value of belonging.
As a champion of culture empowerment, you will design and communicate the Cartier core values through effective programs, events & touchpoints that promote modernity, diversity, engagement & inclusion. You will work hand in hand with the Manufactures, Regions and Central Core Business teams as well as the whole International HR Team.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You will design, develop, and implement a future-focused and effective global EB & HR Communication strategy with the aim to thrive our talent attraction, as well as our employee and universities engagement, development, reward and retention.
You will provide “guidance” on HR communication tone of voice, messaging and postures when needed, to address global/local specific challenges. You will co-construct with the regions/markets to ensure that the EB strategy and deliverables are properly rolled out, while also balancing global consistency and local customization.
In close collaboration with the broader HR team, you will effectively drive communication roadmap, policy rollouts, and any information relevant to our people.
You will partner with both internal and external social media and communications counterparts to ensure cohesive and consistent communications strategies across audience targets and Maison initiatives.
You will develop the editorial content for our HR Intranet, external Careers Website and employer branding microsites/sections (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.) and co-create and manage global media vendors and campaigns.
In strong collaboration with the Internal & Corporate Communications teams, you will develop messages & speeches, and promote speaking engagements, while ensuring alignment and leveraging internal and corporate initiatives (Editorial & Events calendar, Cartier Philantropy, Fondation Cartier pour l’Art Contemporain, …).
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You have a minimum 15 years of professional experience in contemporary HR, including a minimum 7+ years of active and hands-on experience in Employer Branding / HR Communication with the ability to build, lead global HR communication strategies, and roll out to local level.
You have an international background and a global mindset. You are used to working in a matrix environment, with strong visibility and exposure and know how to ideate and bring to life a global future-oriented HR strategy and make it resonate with our people needs to create a unique Employer Branding.
You are passionate about people because everything that we do need to be by, for and with our people.
You demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills, and ability to establish and foster strong relationships across the organization at all levels by connecting to the Business, the People, and the Culture of Cartier.
You have excellent cross-managerial skills and excels at engaging and empowering, as well as dealing with ambiguity. You are familiar with EB tools and platforms and aware of the new digital innovations & trends.
You will travel on a frequent basis and speak English fluently and ideally French.
