MISSION
Are you interested in playing a key part in our international HR team, managing a portfolio of transversal projects and initiatives, and assisting our SVP CHRO in ideating her strategic HR agenda and communicating in a context of continuous evolution?
We would like to present you the opportunity to join our HQ Geneva-based team as Chief of Staff to the SVP CHRO who report to Cartier CEO, which is a unique and high-profile opportunity to sit at the forefront of charting the future for Cartier HR strategy and action plans.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You will participate in the definition of the global Human Resources strategy and be involved in key business and people-related projects, working closely with all HR teams ( Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Reward & Performance, Learning & Development, Employer Branding, Workplace & Social Responsibility, and Data & Insights) , as well as your peers at central, regional, and local level, to ensure smooth HR flows and operations.
Overall support
Support our SVP CHRO in the definition of the HR strategic orientations as well as our priorities and success keys for delivering the long term.
Conduct the Portfolio Management Office for HR related topics and coordinate the different projects to ensure roadmap follow up and progression.
Manage key topics planning, operational processes and programs management for strategic initiatives driven by the HR teams in Central, Regions and Manufactures.
Synthesize insights and opportunities into clear and compelling presentations and updates to be shared with internal and external audiences (ranging from management presentations to keynotes, etc, for major events).
Evaluate both strategic and operational opportunities; frame them into specific initiatives; and obtain support and input from leadership and cross-functional teams.
Monitor the global HR budget, ensuring optimization and accuracy.
Manage and deploy continuous improvement mindset within the HR department and more broadly within our Maison based on previous research, benchmark, data analysis, and adapted methodologies.
Strategic and transversal initiatives
Drive key HR and cross-functional projects (World Meeting, Executive Committees, Watches and Wonders, …), as project lead in incubating early-stage opportunities.
Manage the day-to-day development, execution, and tracking of business initiatives in close collaboration with relevant teams across internal and external partners.
Monitor the impact of these projects and initiatives to convey and communicate the relevant insights across the organization.
Prepare regular communications to key stakeholders and executive managers on initiatives progress, status updates, and any key blockers.
Communication
Collaborate across the organization to mobilize and align teams toward common goals and ensure roadmap rolled out and optimization.
Build strong, trust-based relationships internally and externally, at all levels of the organization to influence outcomes and maintain momentum.
Define and monitor the global yearly HR communication plan as well as directly manage some of the key initiatives.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You have a minimum 12 years of professional experience, in Consulting, Project Management and/or Communication, ideally in HR, with a special focus on executive-level advisory and cross functional collaboration roles.
You have worked in an international environment and are used to matrix organizations, with strong visibility and exposure, understanding global strategies rolled out to local needs.
You are passionate about people because everything that we do need to be by, for and with our people. You have demonstrated strong collaboration, and ability to connect with all levels in the organization.
You are recognized for your ability to execute, navigate without the minimum level of supervision. You have excellent verbal and writing skills and can analyze, convince, and influence. You excel at articulating strategic plans from ideation to completion for successful strategy building.
You are an expert at engaging and empowering, as well as handling complex and ambiguous matters and situations. Result and action-oriented, you are used to managing multiple projects and stakeholders needs.
You will travel on a frequent basis and speak both English and French fluently.
