This role has been made available by an Ofsted rated ‘Good’, mixed Secondary School in Rotherham accommodating 1,487 students aged between 11 and 18. The school has a very dedicated workforce, achieving impressive results across both GCSE’s and A-Levels.

Your new role

The school are seeking a Caretaker on a temporary basis for 8 weeks, to start as soon as possible. The role involves general maintenance and upkeep of the school premises, DIY jobs when they arise and ensuring the school remains secure at all relevant times.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You will need to have previous experience as a school caretaker or in a similar role such as maintenance. We will need to be able to obtain references for the work you have done and you will need to undergo a DBS check if you don’t already have a DBS on the update service. Since the role is short term cover the school are looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
