CARE is Looking for CVA and Emergency Response Technical Advisor

CARE International Türkiye is looking for a CVA and Emergency Response Technical Advisor to support the overall Implementation of Cash and Voucher, and Emergency interventions in NWS, The position holder should work very closely with the Food Security and Emergency Response Program Manager and the team, S/he should have a good understanding of all food security implemented modalities in North West of Syria and able to lead on the development and support rollout under this program, Technical Adviser will provide expertise to support the design and implementation of the entire CARE Turkey cash and markets-based program approaches, and promoting strategic leadership on markets-based programming; in addition to providing a guidance, building capacity, and ensure the quality of all cash interventions across the CARE Turkey’s Food Security and Emergency Response Program.

The CVA and Emergency Response Technical Advisor will work closely with CARE’s program management team, program quality, risks management, compliance team, and CARE’s Global Technical Team.

Purpose:

• Support in the development and implementation of CARE Turkey Cross-Border Food Security and Emergency Response strategies in line with CARE global strategies.
• Contributing to Program-Related donor relations, supporting the development of donor proposals, and funding strategies.
• Contributing to the development of processes and mechanisms of Emergency Preparedness plans for Emergency Response within the current challenges in terms of funding cuts and WFP withdrawal.
• Work with the program manager to review all current SGAs and partnerships, address SGA partner issues, monitor partner weaknesses, and review current communications with partners**.**
