About You
You don`t need previous experience. We train you from day one. To join us you`ll need:
- A warm hearted, friendly manner, patience and a `can do` attitude
- To be a `people person`, able to build relationships and work well with customers
- You will enjoy the variety of working in the community
- We provide a handset to update customer records and schedules (we`ll show you how)
- Drivers licence and access to own car is essential
About The Carer Role
Our goal is to deliver great care and support. You`ll join a team delivering care and supporting daily living, in people`s homes, in a way that shows our customers respect and kindness.
Youll be trained from day one and supported by aCare Coordinator, who will guide you in your work.
No two days are the same, but each day you`ll be rewarded by knowing you made a difference to those who need it most.We match our support to each customer`s needs, from domestic duties, personal care, medication prompting, to emotional support, social interaction, attending appointments.
