We are looking for Care Assistants at this new residence. You will have the opportunity to gain a contract based on various part time and full time availability, with contracts from 17.5 hours a week to 35 hours a week. Hourly pay rate £9.50

About You
To join us you`ll need following attributes;
- Experience in care positions is advantageous but not essential as full induction training will be given, caring for a family member is experience
- A warm hearted, friendly manner, patience, kindness and good communication, a willingness to help others, requiring patience
- Open and honest, respectful and celebrate diversity, connect with colleagues and residents to celebrate uniqueness
- You will be a natural care giver and someone who can communicate in an open and honest manner with your colleagues, residents and their visitors
- Due to the nature of this role no one day is the same, you will have daily tasks and duties however flexibility and the ability to time manage is key
