Canterbury Oast Trust

Canterbury Oast Trust has recently welcomed our new CEO, Sarah Edwards.

Sarah joins the Trust with extensive experience supporting adults in both residential and supported living settings.

To bring COT forward and to build on the historic positive work, a review of roles within the Senior Management Team has been undertaken with roles developed to form a new and robust Senior Management Team.

This is an exciting time to join the team, working together to achieve the best outcomes for those supported across the Trust.

Senior Management Team New Roles

Director of Finance £50-55K

As a key member and business partner to the Senior Management Team (SMT), this new post of Director of Finance will lead operational responsibility for a small finance and central resource team and support the Chief Executive with the execution of the Charity’s overall strategic direction and long-term financial viability.

Director of Operations £50-55K

The Director of Operations will oversee the social care components of COT, ensuring that services are meeting the wants and needs of the people supported, our regulators and commissioners.

Director of Transformation and Change (18 months fixed term) £45-50K

The Director of Transformation and Change will work with the Registered Managers to support the current provision of accommodation based services. Ensuring in the immediate term, that services are meeting all regulatory and contractual responsibilities. The next steps will be supporting further development to achieve outstanding ratings.
