This role provides a unique and exciting opportunity to help Subset achieve our mission!
Subset has an office in New York City and remote team members across the US. This role may be based in New York City or can be based remotely from anywhere in North America provided that your availability includes Subset’s core business hours of 9 am to 5 pm ET.
What does a Campus Ambassador do?
A campus ambassador will be responsible for learning about Subset and amplifying the visibility of Subset on campus. You will act as a bridge between us and the university, with a goal of spreading awareness of what we offer and reporting on the feedback you receive from students.

Primary Responsibilities —
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the product/service
- Build a network of students in your college using offline and online strategies
- Work on outreach plans and carry out campaigns to generate quality referrals
- Educate the college community about the benefits of the product
- Act as the primary point of contact between Subset and the student community
- Address the queries, collect feedback from students regarding the product, and keep a log learnings from these (these could point to potential improvements we make within the app!)
- Perform your own QA test of the app and provide feedback
Are you a fit?
- Undergraduate student in a university.
- Strong communication skills (English speaking).
- Digitally savvy and eager to learn new tools.
- Friendly personality and can drive referrals.
- Can commit at least 4 hours per week.
