Introduction

Terre des hommes has over the past years created several Drupal-based websites to disseminate information to various actors in support of child protection activities. Thanks to the success of these websites, the development and maintenance needs continue to grow. We are therefore seeking to appoint regular service providers to streamline these activites through this Call for Tenders.

Financing

The activites in scope are funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), SOMAHA Foundation, The European Union, UEFA and potentially other private foundations.

The beneficiary of the funding is the Terre des hommes Foundation, Switzerland or its office in Hungary, Terre des hommes Foundation “Lausanne” in Hungary (Tdh HU).

Scope

The purpose of this Call for Tenders is to solicit competitive bids for Drupal website development, support, some webdesign, website maintenance and security, and website development advisory services for several websites, the biggest among them are: childhub.org, safeguardingsupporthub.org, uefa.safeguarding.org, lokallink.org, and tdh-europe.org. The tasks also include working on moodle (setting up moodle environment, supporting learners with technical issues, creating certificates, collecting data for reporting) as Tdh is developing e-learning courses (delivered as scorm files).

Through this Call for Tenders Tdh intends to appoint multiple partners by entering into contracts that are valid for one year and renewable for a second year.
