Term of Reference

World Vision Timor-Leste (WVTL) is inviting qualified and experienced consultants to apply for an exciting opportunity to contribute to our Development of Standard Operational Procedure (SoP) for Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA). Climate change in Timor Leste manifests in hydrometeorological hazards, such as drought, floods, and landslides. Being a small island country the supply chain in emergencies can be very challenging.
