Job Description
Ensure delivery of flyadeal standers on-board by processing and taking action against quality assurance reports
turned in by QA team.
Investigate and process all customer complaints relating to cabin crew.
Investigate and mediate crew conflict issues that arise on-board.
Processing sick leave as per flyadeal sick policy.
Support welfare at compound through supporting and enforcing compound guidelines.
Review/ action Cabin crew reports.
Direct point of contact for Cabin crew members in assigned base / area.
Regularly engage / interact with flyadeal teams in general including uniform vendor.
