As the successful candidate you will have experience of collaborating with, and coordinating input from a wide range of stakeholders in order to deliver objectives and the ability to identify, quantify, map and track programme outcomes and benefits.
Our chosen candidate should also be able to work in teams of different sizes, have confidence to form networks and build credibility through sharing best practice, whilst seeing the bigger picture and longer timeframes to ensure activities are planned and completed to enable the business to implement the change and realise the benefits.
Responsibilities
The successful post holder duties will include, but not be limited to the following:
- Improve data quality.
- Capture user requirements across all levels within Healthcare Delivery.
- Carry out data gap analysis.
Developing And Delivering Data Products To Specifically Support
- Detailed understanding of Healthcare Demand and Capacity.
- Workforce Planning.
- Patient Demographics.
- Benefit measurement of Remote Consultation, e-Rostering and e-Consultation.
