Job Overview

• To manage operations for key partners in both MP + Retail business models
• Co-ordinate with external and internal stakeholders to get things done
• Ensure a smooth partner experience at critical touch points like on-boarding, listings, warehousing, payments etc.

Role and Responsibilities

• To manage end-to-end operations for retail and MP partners
• Act as a support function for KAM and Buyers and support them in:
• Contract – Take end-to-end ownership of the agreement between the vendor and our internal stakeholders
• Registration – Successfully registering the vendor by providing all the relevant documents
• Listings – Make sure all the assortment is live on our platform with rich content and images
• New Content – Support the seller with content + photoshoot for going-live by following-up aggressively with our internal teams
• Content Correction/Enrichment – Identify + rectify the content errors/mismatches by coordinating with the sellers and internal content team
• PO Creation – From first PO to replenishment POs, co-ordinate with the vendor on stock and price + our internally teams for approvals
• Inventory Management + Stock Updates – monitor the inventory levels and replenishment to avoid OOS
• Pricing – Regular price updating (in comparison with offline retail) + benchmarking with competition to make sure the best price is available on our platform
• Fulfilment – Ensure a smooth experience for sellers in the fulfilment process by co-ordination with various internal teams for scheduling, receiving, inwarding, QC and returns
• Payments – Follow-up with finance team to ensure timely payments are made to the key partners

Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of E-commerce, Processes, and Policies preferred
• 2 to 5 years of experience in running operations at scale using numbers
• Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
• Ability to connect with people across teams and levels
