Your Mission
- You act as a strategic partner for your hiring managers and enable hiring the best talent for the People and Culture, Finance and Legal functions.
- You actively source and contact candidates on social networks, social media channels, meetups, membership & trade associations, speaker lists and others
- You select the right channels and job boards for roles in your verticals and publish them
- You assess talents against business requirements and our Delivery Hero values
- You ensure our candidates have an amazing candidate experience and act as the owner of the recruitment process for selected roles ensuring all internal stakeholders know what is expected of them
Your Heroic Skills
- You gained +5 years experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a hi-tech or start-up company
- You have experience hiring Finance, Legal, Fintech and People & Culture functions.
- You demonstrate full competency/mastery in recruitment and are tech savvy as it relates to ATS, CRM & AI tools including but not limited to Workday, Phenom, Github, Stack Overflow etc.
- You have experience in active sourcing and attracting talent through different channels
- You are data driven and have worked in an environment where recruiting metrics and KPI’s have evolved and are enable business to be successful
- You know how to work with multiple stakeholders with different demands at the same time
- You have strong English communication skills and excellent written and verbal communication in German is required
- You are a curious and passionate individual that shows a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and your assigned verticals
