Business Process Management Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in business process improvements, process re-engineering, and process design to achieve business goals.
  • Identify technical problems and develop solutions to support business objectives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business plans and initiatives.
  • Develop a plan to seamlessly integrate the new process with existing business processes.
  • Work with customers to understand business requirements and needs.
  • Identify opportunities for business process optimization.
  • Develop business modeling standards and guidelines
  • Participate in review and update of business processes to meet changing business needs..
  • Create, update, review and approve documentation for new and existing business processes.
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to successfully execute business projects.
  • Provide guidance on business re-engineering activities for performance improvements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and streamline business processes.
  • Design and create business process classification frameworks with various levels of detail and levels of decomposition.
  • Design and create end-to-end sector and cross-sector process models using EPC and BPM modeling standards.
  • Apply common enterprise architecture (EA) practices to relevant projects.
  • Create EA reference models, preferably business, information systems, and technology architectures.
  • Estimate project scope and level of effort for new projects and or existing projects that require changed tasks, duration, resourcing, etc.
  • Maintain a pulse on leading practices trends around business process management, EA, modeling standards, etc.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years BPM experience
  • 3+ years of ARIS usage in a business analyst
  • Bachelors degree
  • Using ARIS Tools in a business analyst
  • Skills in MS Office
  • Basics of database knowledge
  • Methodologies and Frameworks (AVE, TOGAF, RUP, CMMI, SixSigma, ….)
