We are looking for 2-5 years of experience candidates for the role of Business Process Analytics for the Navi Mumbai location.

Role And Responsibilities:

·       Be responsible for distillation of customer ideas for efficient business process documentation

·       Develop L3-L4 business process maps (BPMN 2.0) for the identified set of processes

·       Validate the existing L3-L4 business process maps developed by the end client teams for accuracy & quality

·       Prepare for business readiness of the process and technology change management efforts

·       Work with Business Subject Matter Experts, Developers, and Operations throughout the project cycle to document the identified business processes

·       Recommend solutions, process modeling standards, and best practices on all aspects of the project life cycle

·       Ability to work independently. Follow established directions. Work is evaluated upon completion for adequacy in satisfying objectives.

Preferred Skills:

·        Banking & Financial Services Industry experience is preferred

·        Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 Process Modeling/Mapping tools (Visio, Sparx, Aris, IBM Rational, Blue Works)

·        Six Sigma Certification is a plus

·        Design thinking
