The Digital Finance Hub’s core mission is to create value through data and insights to drive profitable growth for Criteo. We aim at being tomorrow’s world class finance hub for our business and finance stakeholders; through delivering insightful analyses to the Strategic & Commercial finance team and Criteo Leaders, enable financial and business performance monitoring and provide self-service reporting capabilities to enable quick access to data and sound decision-making.
What You Will Be Doing
The Business Planning, Tools and Processes Intern will be a key contributor in running FP&A process and tools and participating to their continuous improvement. This is a unique opportunity to discover FP&A world, develop tools and project-related skills and make an impact.
- Manage process and data: perform FP&A master data administration/maintenance actions (Cost Center update, access review,…), operate technical actions to support core processes such as Plan/Forecast and closing, perform and identify new controls on FP&A data or master data, communicate results and follow corrective actions in order to improve data quality. Your role will contribute to take FP&A recurring processes to the next level in terms of standardization, automation, predictability and robustness.
- Support continuous FP&A processes improvement: Work closely with IT development team (experts on Anaplan and SAP CO/BW-IP), FP&A team (FP&A analysts) and Sales and Finance Performance analytics team (data analysts) identifying improvements/bugs, writing-up specification/user-stories/procedures, reviewing backlog, performing tests, presenting the results to end users for acceptance and updating reference documentation with a particular attention in optimizing solution simplicity, robustness and time to market.
- Train and support: collect information, structure and document processes, user guide and data knowledge within FP&A to train, support and develop the FP&A community expertise
Who You Are
- Master degree or gap year internship from a business or engineer school (major in Finance preferably)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite : Excel, Powerpoint, etc
- Previous internship experience in FP&A or Consulting preferred
- Must be eager to learn, proactive and analytical
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), French is a plus
- Good team player
