Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Regional Head of BD supporting various business units and functions (sales/marketing/operations etc) across the region
  • Independently manage projects end-to-end including scoping, problem/issue structuring, analysis and managing cross functional stakeholders
  • Define, monitor and evaluate key business metrics, conducting analysis which lead to actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Act as a thought partner to internal stakeholders and provide domain/project expertise knowledge when needed

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Fresh grads are welcomed to apply
  • Able to communicate (written and verbal) effectively in English
  • Solid analytical skills with an understanding of links to commercial business
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Excel is a must, SQL/Python preferred
  • Highly adaptable, self driven and motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
