Responsibilities:

  • Manage the business forecast process and details; obtain a consensus forecast as part of the monthly forecast cycle.
  • Establish a baseline for key customer products and ensure that demand is correctly forecasted.
  • Identify significant month over month changes and key drivers and make recommendations to adjust forecast accordingly; provide a comprehensive and transparent view into supplying the demand.
  • Conduct data validation, in-depth analysis, and reporting on key metrics related to the business.
  • Gain a solid understanding of product roadmaps, design wins/losses and key customer launches in partnership with product management.
  • Ensure alignment with product management, sales and supply chain.
  • Manage the delivery aspect of NPI, EOL, alpha/beta engagements, and product revision control.
  • Identify, document, and communicate key business processes.
  • Responsible for ensuring S&OP processes in place to manage delivery across multiple business units and supply chain.
  • Recommend modifications/improvements aimed at improving business process and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Four year college degree in business, engineering or related field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite. Excellent Excel skills required.
  • 10 years+ experience in semiconductor industry required.
  • 10 years+ experience in sales operations, marketing, or operations experience.

Preferred Experience

  • Power BI experience preferred.
