For a consultancy company based in Geneva, we are looking for a
Business Manager for banking and financial sectors (permanent position at 100%)
Your role :
- You define and implement your business plan; you take advantage of the expertise
of company’s managers and a set of effective tools are at your disposal to meet
your goals
- You contribute to carry out the strategy, and to the growth of the company
- You take over the exploration, development and retention of your client portfolio
- You are deeply involved in the recruitment process
- You manage personally your consultants team in terms of career development and
objectives achievement
- You ensure the management and follow-up of projects defined with your clients,
according to the company quality standards
Your profile :
- Graduate with a Master Degree (Engineering or Business School), you have a proven successful experience in delivering high added value marketing services
- You position like an entrepreneur within a fast growing company
- You have a demonstrated experience of several years in a trade-related field,
preferably in a service company
- You have negotiating skills which allow you develop good relationships with
high-level contacts
- You have an analytical mind and work autonomously
- You are solution-oriented and you know how to make decisions
- You have an assertive personality with good social skills
- You are familiar with the banking industry, have a network in Switzerland and leadership experience
