Description:

As a business intelligence manager, you are in charge of managing data collection, analysts, and developing BI solutions. You will perform assessments of company needs and risk analysis to identify problems with current company processes. Your duties also include gathering information, conducting necessary market research (if required. We will expect you to gather and analyze data, create reports that outline your findings, and present those findings to upper management to maximize the market opportunity and minimize/ eliminate issues to grow the business healthy.

To succeed in this career, you must be skilled in Market research, data analysis, and team management. You must also be good at conducting research and making suggestions to improve company processes

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Gather relevant data from company internal & external resources
  • Analyze data to determine problem areas in company processes.
  • Build-up template for strategic analysis to diagnose business problems and advise management board on appropriate areas of improvements. Recommend solutions to reduce or eliminate issues and increase profitability
  • Provide marketing & customer insight for Marketing & Communication team to develop their strategic as well as project execution plans
  • Create reports for presentation to upper management
  • Hire and train new analysts. Supervise & manage outsource workforce or/ and partners to conduct relevant market data collection or market research
  • Develop BI systems for the company to support short-term & Long-term business decisions as well as marketing & communication campaign
  • Monitor budget and expenditures to ensure to maximize the value of the investment.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Business Administration / Marketing will be of advantage.
  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience in Business intelligence in the FMCG/ Pharmaceutical/ Animal health industry.
  • Strong logical & Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, working under high pressure
  • Determination and perseverance, Relationship management skills, A strong focus on results & A high degree of business acumen
  • Preferably working experience in multinational companies.
  • Marketing and marketing planning experience with technical knowledge and leadership skills in marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics.
  • High integrity and ethical standards. Flexibility, analytical ability, strong communication skills, and team orientation.
