Carousel Group, the operator of US online sportsbook MaximBet, is looking for an experienced and seasoned BI Analyst from the industry to join its BI Department and be an integral part of a high-growth business in the booming regulated North American sports betting market.
Reporting directly to the Director of BI, the Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in Carousel Group by collaborating with data engineers and data scientists to enable data-driven decision-making.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
● Enjoy, learn, meet new people, get some professional and personal achievements.
● Understanding how the business’s information flows, from the source to the knowledge (Integration, Modeling, Reporting).
● Ensuring the correct performance/creation of DWH Data Models, Tableau Reports, and Analytical Models.
● Getting along with our main clients, Marketing, Product, Trading, Fraud & Payments, and Strategy.
● Assisting the company with new projects and process improvements.
● Analysing our data, getting knowledge, and giving improvement feedback to the executive board and business units.
Qualifications
● More than 2 years of experience in a comparative role.
● Proven Experience analyzing Bonus, Promotion, or Customer data regarding gambling and Online Sports Betting in the US Market.
● STRONG SQL Experience (will be tested)
● Tableau//QlikSense/PowerBI Experience
● Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
● A great ability working with others.
● Internal client-oriented mind.
● The ability to work autonomously and proactively.
● A drive to learn and contribute ideas to make continuous improvements.
● Strong skills in gathering Insight from data, and helping the business areas with it

● Tableau Certified
● Experience with Google Cloud Platform BigQuery
● Education to degree level, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing or Business Administration
