Companiions mobile app makes arranging company or help quick, easy and safe.OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven, commercially savvy, and solution-oriented Business Development Representative to join our fast-growing start-up to build and develop key strategic relationships that drive customer adoption and revenue for the business,As BDR, you will own the development, delivery and management of Companiions B2B strategy across multiple areas. You’ll be responsible for driving the adoption of Companiions solutions by building strategic partnerships with key 3rd party businesses.The successful candidate will be comfortable building relationships with a multitude of senior key decision-makers, identifying new and innovative ways to increase revenue and collaborating with internal teams to deliver results for Companiions and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate a systematic, process-driven approach to new business development and relationship managementCreate and expand relationships with external partners, including corporate companies and likeminded businesses to create new partnerships and revenue-driving opportunitiesEstablish ‘Companiions for business’ as the employee benefit of choice for key target companies and benefit providers to support B2B growth KPI’sCollaborate with senior leadership to develop ‘Companiions for business’ solutions to increase revenue & improve the service for our partnersIdentify key 3rd party target partnerships that drive growth for the company through varied commercial agreementsIdentify opportunities to enable business development and engage with the marketing team to execute on these opportunitiesRequirements3+ years of experience working in a BD, partnerships or similar roleProven ability to develop relationships People Officers, HR directors and other relevant key decision-makersStrategic thinker with great communication skills and the ability to build rapportStrong networking skills with competitive intelligence and time managementAbility to build a strong business case for revenue opportunities with minimal technical resourceExperience in a start-up/high-growth company or environment with a ‘growth hacker’ mindsetSalaryThis position is a fully remote role based in the UK and we are offering a salary of up to £40K based on skills and relevant experience.
