DONE!Berlin

We are DONE!Berlin, an international consulting company that specializes in helping fast-growing companies of all sizes navigate the ever-changing world of work. Among other things, we help our clients attract the best talent to their company.

For our client, Rivia we are looking for a BDR in Zurich, Switzerland.

Rivia specializes in AI-Driven Analytics and Data Infrastructure for Successful Biopharma Clinical Trials. Biopharmas are the origin of most new therapies, yet often face inefficiencies and failures in clinical trials due to fragmented data and outdated tools. Their technology offers a real-time, integrated view of data to improve the evaluation of new treatments and trial conduct. Their vision is to become the unified data infrastructure that transforms clinical development lifecycles, bringing new therapies to market more successfully.

In 2 years, they have successfully launched Rivia to multiple Biotechs and are scaling to reach many more. Together we are seeking a relentless, high-performing BDR to join their team and take an active role in their growing startup.

The Sales Team is responsible for acquiring new Biotech and Pharma clients in Europe and the US, driving Rivia’s rapid global growth by securing innovative customers.

Tasks

  • Prospect and engage new outbound opportunities within the Biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Build and iterate on an outbound and pipeline generation strategy
  • Conduct market analyses to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Be an expert on Rivia’s products and clinical trial knowledge to properly pitch and position Rivia during discovery calls and product demos
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and optimize go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and marketplace dynamics in order to identify new business opportunities, maintain a competitive edge, and explore areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience of owning a revenue quota for a SaaS business, preferably within the biopharma or healthcare sectors.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Relentless and goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with sales cycles, procurement processes and CRM software.
  • Passion for innovative technology and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the pharmaceutical industry.

Bonus Points

  • Having worked with a complex technical SaaS product
  • Experience in go-to-market strategy for an early stage startup
  • Knowledge of drug development and/or clinical trials
