Your Role And Responsibilities
The Business Development Partner is required for a large portfolio in the Manufacturing, Communications and Energy market to achieve the growth Plan for new signings, revenue, and profitability. The new BDE will have the relationships and experience with large municipal senior executives to drive new business opportunities. The BDE will have responsibility to drive large signings deals, either RFP or other new opportunities, to achieve the growth plan. The BDE will bring relevant technical, business and financial selling techniques to drive large deal signings across both upstate and city agencies.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Must have 10+ years professional experience in managing large I/T organizations with a broad technical understanding of key technologies such as cloud, network, server, mainframe and Enterprise applications. Development of I/T Strategies with Thought Leader level skills for driving large scale computing solutions. Experience in financial management of I/T environments and business case development for programs. Expert level communicator and client relationship management.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Experience in sales pursuits for large scale outsourcing and project services, or equivalent internal experience, in selling programs to senior executives for ROI and user satisfaction goals for I/T programs
